The Triple Dog GT Gauge Tuner is a vehicle engine tuner, monitor, gauge and diagnostic device - all in a single unit. The GT dramatically improves the utility of several different vehicle applications by providing an increase in horsepower and torque and by improving fuel economy. The GT monitors and displays over twenty different vehicle parameters which allows the end user to view important vehicle information not provided by the OEM.

The GT also performs vehicle diagnostics by reading and erasing diagnostic trouble codes; that sort of transparancy is very valuable and many products available at auto parts stores provide only that feature. The Driving Coach, A fun way to save fuel

The Driving Coach is a special new feature designed to help drivers drive more efficiently. It coaches drivers into better driving habits by providing real time visual and audio feedback as to how efficient a driver is driving and it actually gives the driver a grade. The Driving Coach is fully customizable allowing users to set fuel economy goals which will directly effect their grade. Driving coach can make driving efficient, constructive and fun. Drivers can use the Driving Coach to coach themselves into improved driving habits. Every driver can challenge themselves to be the "perfect driver."

The large gauge area is where the Driving Coach information is displayed. The diagram above illustrates the information that is collected and displayed by the Coach.

• Real Time Fuel Economy (above left): The first bar graph displays instant fuel economy in miles per gallon.
• Wasted Energy (above left): Waste Energy Graph, the middle graph, displays acceleration and deceleration. The center line of this graph represents zero wasted energy. If a driver accelerates too quickly or decelerates too quickly they will see a bar extend outward from zero indicating energy wasted.
• Grade (above right): Driving Coach offers the user a grade to show him/her how well or how efficiently he/she is driving. This grade is directly effected by how well the driver meets his/her instant economy goal and by how closely he/she can keep acceleration and deceleration to zero. Driving will display one of six possible grades which are based on an average overall driving efficiency rating.

Multiple Gauge Display Styles

The GT has four different gauge styles, including the Driving Coach feature. Any vehicle parameter can be displayed as a large stylized gauge on the GT screen:

GT Installation The GT is one of our easiest products to install, the diagram to the right illustrates just how few parts we require for installation. GT Mounting Options The GT comes with a custom windshield mount. In addition the GT mounting socket on the back of the unit is a universal T-socket style mount. This T-socket will accommodate almost any off the shelve mounting style. Various mounting styles can be found at any major electronics retailer.
