Bully Dog RFI Cold Air Intake Systems

The Bully Dog RFI Cold Air Intake System is an advanced airflow induction kit, built to increase the engine’s ability to breath. By replacing the restrictive stock induction, the RFI increases horsepower, torque & fuel efficiency on both gas and diesel engines and also decreases exhaust gas temperatures (EGT's) on diesel trucks.

All RFI Cold Air Intake Kits use a lifetime reusable 8-layer cotton gauze filter. This design, combined with deep pleats, make these filters ideal for high performance use.

The Bully Dog RFI air intake kits also work very well in conjunction with the Bully Dog GT Tuner. The GT Tuner increases the amount of fuel going into the motor and will therefore increase the need for more air. The RFI Cold Air Kits then provide that additional air, which produces even more horsepower & torque to your truck.

Depending on application, some systems are available in a fully-enclosed system. This fully enclosed air intake system is designed to keep hot air out of the intake air stream. This intake seals tightly against cold air sources from within the engine bay, which ensures an improvement in performance and efficiency. Through real world and user testing, Bully Dog has proven that an enclosed air intake system along with a high flow cotton gauze filter will yield better air flow and colder intake temperatures than a stock system or an aftermarket open intake design.

The installation of this system is very easy and requires only very basic hand tools. Installation can generally be done in 20 minutes or less.
