BULLY DOG TRIPLE DOG POWER PUP DOWNLOADER FOR GM, DODGE AND FORD GASOLINE ENGINES

The Triple Dog Downloader is a programmer/tuner that downloads horsepower and performance enhancing programs into three different vehicle makes of pickup trucks and the Mustang in one SKU (stock keeping unit). The downloader offers two different Engine Tunes above stock to accomodate various driving conditions.

Engine Tunes:

• Stock: Choosing the Stock engine tune will result in no change to engine horsepower output. All other downloader features can still be accessed if the Stock engine tune is choosen.
• Regular: This engine tune is recommended for use with 85 or 87 Octane gasoline. For maximum effectiveness end users should increase shift firmness and shift points. This tune can be used for everyday driving and towing. Dynamometer testing results have shown a 10-12hp increase in rear wheel horsepower.
• Premium: This engine tune is recommended for use with 91 or 93 Octange gasoline. It is recommended that shift firmness and shift points be raised with this engine tune. This tune can be used for everyday driving, towing and racing. Dynamometer testing results have shown up to 24 HP and 30 ft. lbs. TQ increase, on the premium tune, to the rear wheels.

Vehicle Specific Features:

Ford F150 '04-'08 4.6L / 5.4L & Mustang GT 4.6L V8 '04-'08

• Transmission Tuning: Choose between a firm and stock shift firmness for auto transmissions.
• Transmission Shift Points: Change RPM that shifting takes place at in auto transmissions
• Speed Limiter: Adjust speed limiter from 40 MPH, for a speed governing affect or up to 140 MPH for racing. Speed limiter is adjusted in increments of 2 MPH.
• Calibrate OEM Speedometer: Accurately display speed on the OEM speedometer with larger or smaller than stock tires. Adjust for tire sizes from 24" up to 35" in diameter.

GM Pickup / SUV '99-'08 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, 8.1L

• Transmission Tuning (will not work on 8.1L models): Choose between a Performance, Tow and a stock shift firmness for automatic transmissions
• Transmission Shift Points (will not work on 8.1L models): Change RPM that shifting takes place at in auto transmissions
• Speed Limiter (will not work on 2001 models): Adjust speed limiter from 50 MPH, for a speed governing affect or up to 135 MPH for racing. Speed limiter is adjusted in increments of 5 MPH.
• Adjust Gear Ratio: Correct the engine computer to account for a different size gear ratio. Adjust from 3.42 up to 4.56.
• Calibrate OEM Speedometer: Accurately display speed on the OEM speedometer with larger or smaller than stock tires. Adjust for tire sizes from 25" up to 45" in diameter.

Dodge Ram '03-'08 5.7L HEMI

• Transmission Shift Points (only on '04-'07 models): Change RPM that shifting takes place at in auto transmissions
• Speed Limiter: Adjust the vehicle speed limiter from 50-200 MPH in increments of 1 MPH.
• Calibrate OEM Speedometer: Accurately display speed on the OEM speedometer with larger or smaller than stock tires. Adjust for tire sizes from 23" up to 45" in diameter.
• Vehicle Options: Idle Up; Auto Door Lock; Head Lamp Display; Fog Lamp; Horn Chirp On Lock; Optical Chirp On Lock; Seat Belt Minder Chime; Accessory Delay; Unlock Driver Door.

How To:

• Install the Triple Dog: Plugs into the OBDII port beneath your steering column for programming
• Transfer to a New Vehicle: Return current vehicle to stock, update the downloader online and check for new vehicle compatibility, and then install on new vehicle.
• Update Online: Internet updates are made available when new calibrations are developed and when new vehicle applications become available. Internet updates are available through the Bully Dog download center. Vehicle must be downloaded back to stock before the downloader can be updated.
