Appearance Upgrade! - Westin’s ever expanding line of Billet Grilles & Bumper Inserts add a custom look to any truck or SUV. Made from aircraft quality 6061-T6 SOLID STOCK aluminum that is hand tig welded using CAD designed weld fixtures for consistent high quality. All Grilles come with easy to install mounting hardware and easy to read installation instructions. Westin’s Billet Grilles & Bumper Inserts are tested to assure durable construction and a long lasting finish.
- Cross bars are machined & formed from "Solid Stock" not cheap extruded "E" channel
- Each Billet Grille is hand "tig" welded in a CAD designed, CNC milled fixture, ensuring "aerospace quality" tolerances, uniformity and a custom fit
- "Polished" finish provides a perfect match with the brightest chrome finish
- Quality manufacturing only by American craftsmen using 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum
- All materials used in the production of our products are purchased from American mills

Installation Codes
Note: Time references are approximate, for experienced installers with proper tools:
A - Minor Drilling Required
B - Bolt-Over: Mounts over existing O.E. grille - NO CUTTING
C - No Cutting Required
D - Minor Trimming Required
1 - Less than 30 minutes
2 - 30 minutes to 1 hour
3 - 1 to 1½ hours
