EDGE PRODUCTS NEW EVOLUTION PROGRAMMER FOR THE DODGE RAM 5.7L HEMI

With the introduction of the "NEW" Evolution, Edge Products has entered a new realm of the aftermarket gas-engine industry. Contained in this tiny module is the capability not only to improve driveability and performance, but also the ability to display and clear trouble codes, remove the speed and rev limiters and adjust power levels.

The Evolution connects underneath the dash. Once connected the stock software is downloaded and the new Evolution software is uploaded onto the trucks ECM. All modifications are done during this process and can be just as easily be switched back to stock at any time.

The Evolution was created with a small lightweight design that allows personalized control with the touch of a button. With a backlit LCD screen, seeing and reading codes has been made simple. The unit not only displays codes, but also displays a description of what these codes mean, which eliminates copying the code down and then finding a manual to look them up.

The Evolution is a comprehensive gauge package that stays mounted in the cab of the truck and displays up to 4 of 13 parameters id's at a time in an easy-to-read format. Monitor vital engine data such as: engine coolant, engine oil temperature and transmission fluid temp, just to name a few.

The Evolution performs and records 0-60 & 1/4 mile times, 1/4 mile mph, peak engine temp, rpm, speed and tranny temp values. It also sounds audible alerts when user-defined parameters are reached and then automatically records the highest value of those key parameters.

The Evolution ships with a custom custom dash pod specifically designed to match the contour of the truck's dash, making the unit look like it came factory installed. Additionally, the Evolution has a color-adjustable screen.

A USB cable is included with the unit so that it can be updated via the internet for the latest firmware and calibration files, in compliance with all CARB restrictions placed on the availability of certain downloadable information and features.
