Placing An Order:

ORDERING:

We encourage you to place your orders online if you are using a credit card.  It's fast, easy and safe. And best of all, it's available 24 hours a day.  However, if you prefer to use our toll free number, service representatives are available from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday to assist with your order.  For further information on placing an order over the phone, see our Contact Us page.

• Never send your order to us via email.  We cannot guarantee the security of personal information such as credit card numbers sent through email.  Our store does not transmit credit card information by email.
• Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
• At this time, we can only accept orders from customers located within the United States.
• You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing an order.  This email will contain the order number which should be referenced in any future communication with us regarding this order.
• Once the order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.
• TruckCustomizers.com and its parent company, AutoCustomizers.com LLC, reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.  Should an order require cancellation after your credit card has been billed, we will issue a credit to your card.

• In order to receive your order in the shortest possible time, the recommended form of payment is credit card
• We can only accept credit cards issued by US banks
• Your credit card will not be charged until your item is ready to be shipped
• Orders being paid for by check or money order must be placed by phone. Visit our Contact Us page for more information
• Personal checks and business checks must be drawn on a US bank
• We can only accept US money orders
• Orders being paid for with checks or money orders will not be shipped until payment has been received
• With both personal or business checks, there may be an additional delay of up to ten days to allow the check to clear

SALES TAX:

Pursuant to Connecticut state law, sales tax of 6.0% will be added to all order orders delivered to Connecticut.

USING A COUPON:

TruckCustomizers.com will occasionally make money-saving promotional coupons available to our customers.  To use a coupon, enter the coupon code in the specified area of the shopping cart and press the Apply Coupon button.  Only one coupon may be used at a time and most coupon codes can only be used once per customer.

Certain manufacturers have a strict pricing policy which prohibits discounts, including the use of coupons.  In order to remain an authorized dealer for these products, we are unable to accept coupons used toward the purchase of products by these manufacturers.  Some of these manufacturers include Edge Products, Superchips, MSD, Racepak, S&B, and Quadzilla.

BACKORDERS:

Most items we carry are available for immediate shipment; however, on occasion an order may be placed for an item that is out of stock or has been discontinued.  When this occurs, you will be notified and will be given the option of canceling your order or waiting for it to be shipped when the part becomes available.

Items that are on back-order for greater than 60 days will automatically be canceled and you will be notified, unless prior arrangements have been made.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Special order items may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.  Since many of these items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, special orders will not be accepted for return.  You will be notified of any items that are only available as Special Orders.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

We reserve the right to substitute a virtually identical part of equal or greater value from another manufacturer based on availability.  We will notify you prior to sending any substitution to receive your approval.
