Shipping Charges - Alaska & HawaiiShipping charges for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional charge of $24.99 per order over the posted shipping rates. In the event that actual shipping charges exceed the cost stated during checkout, you will be notified before the order is processed. You will then be given the choice to accept the updated shipping charges or to cancel your order. Certain large and/or heavy items may not be available for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. If this is the case, you will be notified and your order will be canceled. Note: Free shipping promotions do not apply to shipments made to Alaska or Hawaii. TopExpedited ShippingTo place an order with expedited shipping or to receive an expedited shipping quote, you must call our toll-free order number: 800-497-1780. All expedited orders must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time in order to ensure that the item will ship that same day. For orders received after 1:00 PM Eastern Time, every effort will be made to get the product shipped that day, however, in some cases it may not be possible to ship the item until the following business day. TopFree Overnight ShippingCertain products on the site qualify for free overnight or 2 day delivery and will be processed accordingly. These orders may be placed online at anytime, with no need to call our toll-free order number. The product must be in-stock in order to receive expedited delivery. Should a product which would otherwise qualify for free overnight or 2 day shipping become temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified and the item will be shipped using the same delivery method as soon as it becomes available. This offer does not include weekend delivery. Additionally, all orders for products with expedited shipping which are placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped out the next business day. All orders must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time in order to ensure that the item will ship that same day. For orders received after 1:00 PM Eastern Time, every effort will be made to get the product shipped that day, however, in some cases it may not be possible to ship the item until the following business day. In some extreme cases beyond our control, such as weather emergencies, it may not be possible for the carrier to deliver an item on the scheduled day. TopPO BoxesSince we use FedEx and UPS for most deliveries, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be sure to include a physical delivery address when placing your order. TopTruck FreightSome items must be shipped "Truck Freight" because of their bulk and/or weight. Truck Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. If an item will incur additional Truck Freight shipping charges, this information will be indicated in your shopping cart prior to checkout. Should we become aware of any additional shipping expenses after an order has been placed, you will be notified via email and/or telephone of the additional charges and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order at that time. Some examples of items that may require Truck Freight shipping are Bumpers, Tool Boxes and Tube Steps for long bed vehicles. Note that not every item in the above mentioned categories qualifies for Truck Freight shipment and Truck Freight items are not limited to those categories. IMPORTANT: Truck Freight shipments can only be made to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. TopOversized ItemsDue to their size and/or weight, certain products may not qualify for standard FedEx shipping. These items will incur a small oversize shipping fee which will be reflected in the cart once the item has been added. TopEstimated Time of DeliveryOrders are normally processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.  In order to minimize the time it takes for you to receive your merchandise, we ship from multiple distribution outlets across the US. While we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time, most orders are shipped via FedEx and will generally arrive within 1 to 4 business days after they are shipped. TopIn Store PickupIn order to provide you with the best possible prices, we do not maintain a physical storefront. Items are shipped directly from our many warehouses throughout the country. Unfortunately these locations cannot accommodate local pickup of individual orders. TopOrder TrackingWe will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also check your Order Status at any time. TopRefused ShipmentsAny shipment that you refuse at time of delivery (other than items that were visibly damaged during shipping) will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the product(s). TopLost or Damaged ShipmentsUpon delivery, please thoroughly inspect all packages. If there is noticeable damage, reject the shipment and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after the item has been delivered, contact the carrier immediately. Be sure to save all packaging material and make it available for the damage claim investigation. DO NOT install any questionable item on your vehicle. Items that have been installed cannot be returned. If your item has been lost during shipment, contact us immediately.
